Top Ten Trauma

At JournalFeed, we want to promote some of the outstanding educational resources available online.  If you have found something or written something that would help those of us in the ED, please let me know.  Just reply to the email or leave a comment below.

Simon Carley, with the St. Emlyns blog, wrote a very helpful post with a full reference list that you will want to read in detail.  Good stuff.  This type of online scholarship is hard work.  Take advantage of his efforts and see what pearls he found.  He covered articles I missed this past year.  The last recommendation regarding The Human Factor in trauma resuscitation was great.  Here is a quote to whet your appetite, “Trauma is, and always will be, a team sport. Everything we do in the resus room is done in the company of others and that dynamic must be learned, monitored and reviewed.”  Enjoy!

Did you know you can sort JournalFeed by topic of interest?  JF is far from exhaustive, but at least it will get you started.  Save some time on your next lecture or go deeper in one area of EM.  Great for PEM, Pharmacists, Critical Care, Urgent Care, and more.
