  1. Error: this new data does NOT contribute to the low specificity of the Canadian Rule. In fact, this accounts for the vastly IMPROVED specificity of the Canadian rule over the Nexus. Canadian rule only counts the ABSENCE of C-spine tenderness (only 1 of 5 tests need to be negative in order to go on on to the next step). Look at the rule again!!
